SAVORY BAR NUTS

1 1/4 pounds unsalted mixed nuts – your choice of peanuts,
      cashews, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, and almonds
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In a large bowl, combine nuts and rosemary, cayenne, dark brown sugar, salt, and melted butter.  Toss to coat.  Spread nuts on a large baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.  Serve warm, or at room temperature.
