1 French baguette
1 tbsp. good extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. brie cheese
2 fresh tomato slices
spring lettuce mix
fresh basil leaves
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper
Slice
the bread into a sandwich length and then in half horizontally. Splash
some olive oil on the inside of the bread. Layer the bread with the
brie cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and basil leaves. Add salt and pepper
to taste.
