FRUIT SALSA

1 pint fresh strawberries (if available) diced

1 Anjou pear, cored and diced

1 red apple, cored and diced

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients.  Serve at room temperature.  Serves 8 to 10.
