SARAH ROBINSON’S CRANBERRY SALAD


1/2 lb. fresh cranberries
1/2 lb. fresh apples
1 c. sugar
1 large box strawberry Jell-o
1/2 c. celery, finely diced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Grind cranberries and apples, mix together and add sugar; mix well and let set over night or several hours.  Mix in Jell-o; when it begins to thicken, add other ingredients; chill until firm.  Serve and enjoy.  Delicious with turkey or ham.
