TOMATO CASSEROLE

2 16-ounce cans diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup diced onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 - 3 slices toasted bread, cubed

Melt butter in a pan.  Saute onions until softened; add tomatoes and sugars.  Continue to cook for about 10 minutes.  Add bread cubes and stir to mix completely.  Pour into flat casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour.
