Crush:
1/2 lb. (2 c.) graham crackers
Remove pits and cut into pieces:
1 lb. (2 c.) dates
Cut into pieces:
1/2 lb. (4 c.) marshmallows
Chop fine:
1 c. pecan meats
Whip until stiff:
1 c. whipping cream
Fold in:
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine 1/2 the cracker crumbs with the dates, marshmallows, nuts and whipped cream. Shape into a roll. Roll it in the remaining cracker crumbs. Chill for 12 hours. Serve, cut into slices with, whipped cream.
