BAKED ACORN SQUASH

1 acorn squash
1 tbsp. butter
Apple Cider Reduction
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
Cut squash in half and add butter, apple cider reduction, sugar, and cinnamon to each half.  Cover top with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.  Remove foil for last 1/2 hour of baking to help brown and reduce liquids.
